We partnered up Andreas Korner in designing this kit so we know every aspect of it. This kit is for the person with some fabrication and machining skills that wants to tackle some parts of the project themself. We are available for your questions and for technical support! We have been testing these fork setups on the street and track for the past 2 years to insure our customers will be getting the best performing suspension on the market. Many riders in the BAGGER RACING LEAGUE have been running these setups to help with development and have earned many podium finishes and even championship seasons!
This kit contains the following:
-50/55mm 2 inch drop triple tree conversion kit, steering stem, steering bearings with dust shields, brake line tee that accepts banjos and AN3 lines
-complete forks in 31 inch length (center of axle to top of fork) set up for your weight and riding style, new upper tubes and caps in your choice or black, gold, or raw, lower fork tubes in chrome (you can upgrade to black DLC or gold TiN for an added cost), seals and oil, custom springs, custom top out springs (forks use refurbished gsxr internals that are cleaned and thoroughly inspected to insure they are perfect)
-this kit uses the factory GSXR fork lug (will not work with ABS sensor)
-a 2009 and newer gsxr1000 axle will work with this kit(not included) A 2009 and newer gsxr wheel, spacers, rotors, and wheel spacers will bolt right up with no modification (you will need to come up with your own fender mount, rotor spacers, axle spacers if using the harley wheel, fender, and brakes)
-requires use of bottom mount headlight housing

-you will be required to source your own brake 108mm brake calipers(does not work with ABS models)
